You will be experience property manager looking after approximately 150 properties.
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a portfolio
  • Liaising with Landlord and Tenants
  • Marketing rental properties
  • Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
  • Preparing lease agreements
  • Processing rental payments
  • Entries & exits condition report
  • Routine inspections
  • General administrative duties
 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Current Real Estate Registration certificate and experience in property management
  • Minimum 2-year PropertyMe software experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • The ability to maintain a clean and professional workplace environment

We are an independent Agency with over 10 years experience in Property Management and Sales. We will provide full training and support. 
We offer an earlier start or finish time in this full-time position so take your pick whether you value a bit of extra sleep in the mornings or an early finish time.  Friday office lunches courtesy of the boss and a coffee delivered to your desk are also added perks in this role!!

About the Role
  • Assisting the Property Management Team with admin related tasks 
  • Processing tenant applications 
  • Entries, exits and routine inspections
  • Maintenance follow ups
  • Assistance with answering the phone and greeting clients at reception 
  • Basic administration tasks as directed by the Office Manager/Principal 

About You 
  • Previous experience working in an administration field 
  • A great work ethic, a can-do attitude and desire to provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A team player who helps out and gets the jobs done
