Property Manager required

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and determined individual who is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the real estate industry. The position is a full-time job that offers a yearly salary of $70,000, in addition to Super. Please send your resume to [email protected]
 
This job position will have an immediate start, where you are able to work in an office at Macgregor.
 
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Book and conduct open homes and/or private viewings, as needed.
• Process tenancy applications and present to the lessor, as required.
• Manage ingoing tenant process including bond lodgement and tenancy sign up.
• Conduct entry reports and all activities required legislatively with rigorous attention to detail.
• Conduct routine inspections as per the management authority and legislation requirements.
• Monitor and action rent arrears daily, including updating the lessor, issuing of any notices as per legislation and tribunal lodgement and attendance, as required.
• Manage tenancy agreement renewals, including rent reviews, within legislated timelines.
• Record and act on all maintenance and repairs in accordance with legislation, the management authority and lessor instruction.
• Issuing of any notices for breach of the tenancy agreement and any other notices, as required.
• Conduct vacates inspections as per legislative requirements ensuring the standard of the property is maintained.
• Preparation of all tenancy related forms, including tenancy agreements, bond forms, entry, exit and routine reports.
• Other duties as may be required from time to time.

 
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Must have prior experience in all aspects of property management.
• Current Industry standard certifications.
• Reliable car/drivers licence.
• Finley tuned negotiation skills.
• Excellent phone manner.
