工作内容:
  1. 在一个团队中协调工作,团队 Leader 为澳洲华人背景经理,团队成员以多元文化为主;
  2. 此职位为初级职位,需要 6-12 个月和物业管理相关工作经验;有合格的 License;
  3. 职位工作需要使用行业专业管理软件 Property Me, 处理公司的 Trust Account,与租客,业主,供应商,办公室等的账单支付和核对,邮件电话处理,业主和租客的咨询;
  4. 在工作中对团队的其他成员提供协助,比如展示出租房屋给租客,配合 Property Manager 对管理房屋进行 Routine Inspection, 租客退租时进行 Exit Inspection and Report 等;
  5. 办公室内的文件管理工作;
  6. 有车, 有合格驾驶执照。

工作要求:
  1. 做事有条理,认真细心;
  2. 有责任感,对团队交给的工作或任务能够以高质量完成;
  3. 善于思考,有较强的学习能力;
  4. 有一定的承压能力,在任务多,强度大的特殊情况下能保持正常的工作效率;
  5. 较强的英文 Email 书写能力和沟通能力;
  6. 办公室软件的基础操作技能;
  7. 如有会计,物业维修,物业出租管理方面知识或经验更好;

Assistant Property Building Manager

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Assistant Property Building Manager who possesses versatile skills to join our esteemed team specializing in Property Management and Hotel Management. The successful candidate will be working at our office based in Brisbane City.

Your main duties are, but not limited to:
  • Manage short & long term letting (ie. property management & hotel management)
  • Manage matters relating to guests, tenants and owners
  • Manage matters relating to building maintenance and body corporate affairs
  • Cultivating strong relationships with all related parties
  • Manage reservations & bookings
