We are currently seeking a dedicated rental manager assistant to undertake simple, administrative tasks. You are able to do higher duties after 3-6 months. Must be able to learn quickly and have good communicational skills. It is also essential that you are thorough, have great attention to detail, and can multitask well. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Communicating with tenants by email - Entry notices - Lease agreement renewals - Filing documents - Supporting the property manager - Having a driver's licence and own car is preferred.
