Qualifications & experience

• at least 18 months property manager experience Good at Property tree or similar software Chinese speaker and writer is prefer
• Tasks & responsibilities
• Processing tenants applications Arrange repairs and quotes during tenancy generate rental receipt and send RTA notices (or help assistant on it) Cooperate with BDM and maintain landlord relationships
