We are currently seeking a dedicated rental manager assistant to undertake simple, administrative tasks. You are able to do higher duties after 3-6 months. Must be able to learn quickly and have good communicational skills. It is also essential that you are thorough, have great attention to detail, and can multitask well.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with tenants by email
- Entry notices
- Lease agreement renewals
- Filing documents
- Supporting the property manager
- Having a driver's licence and own car is preferred.
To be considered, you must be able to speak and write fluently in English and have experience with MS office (word, excel etc.), and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
This job position will have an immediate start, where you are able to work in an office at Macgregor. You will be expected to work part-time (25-30 hours per week), however hours will be flexible and negotiable.
Experience with rental management and office work is not needed but is preferred. A Real Estate registration certificate is not needed but is preferred.
