PRET Australia Awards 2023 Nomination

If you are a past graduate, students or supporters of PRET Australia and meets the nomination requirements, you can nominate yourself for the 2023 PRET Australia Awards. All nominees must attend the Awards Dinner on the 25th of November 2023 at Royal International Convention Centre and will receive a Nominee Certificate. Nomination closes at 5pm 29th of September 2023.
2023 Award Categories 
APMA Members, PRET Graduates or associates working in the Management Rights Industry.  Nominees must achieve at least four stars to receive a certificate.

At time of your nomination, you must have not worked as a real estate sales person for more than 12 months and has achieved more than $3 million in sales over 12 months (or pro rata).
For those in the industry for more than 1 year and achieved over $10 million in sales in the 12 months to 1st of September 2023. ​​
PRET Graduates or associates working in the Property Management Industry.  Nominees must achieve at least four stars to receive a certificate.

Rising Star Awards

Top 20% of all nominees this category will become finalists and receive a finalist certificate at the Awards Night. Top 3 performers will receive a trophy on stage and a half page promotion on Queensland Property Weekly - the largest Chinese Property Newspaper in Queensland. 
Top Agent Awards

Top 20% of all nominees this category will become finalists and receive a finalist certificate at the Awards Night. Top 5 performers will receive a trophy on stage and a half page promotion on Queensland Property Weekly - the largest Chinese Property Newspaper in Queensland. ​
2023 PRET Australia APMA 5 Star Onsite Manager Awards
Sponsored by Resort News
1st Star for Professionalism: Achieved at least one of the following over the past 12 months - completed ABMA certificate, attended ARAMA or APMA Members Training, or have done any Professional Development Courses.
2nd Star for Caretaking Services: Obtain 1 reference letter from Body Corporate Committee about how good your caretaking service is.
3rd Star for Letting Services: Obtain 2 reference letters from tenants or landlords about how good your letting service is.
4th Star for Resident Relations: Obtain 2 reference letters from Residents within the complex managed
5th Star for Social Responsibility: Certificates of Appreciation from any not for profit or charity organisations or donate at least $500 to selected charities at the Awards night. 

Achieving any four stars will qualify for nomination, attend the Awards Dinner to receive a Four-Stars certificate; achieving Five Stars and attend the Awards Dinner will receive a Five-Stars certificate.  

Winners list will be published on Resort News and may have the opportunity to be nominated for Person of Interest on Resort News. 
2023 PRET Australia 5 Star Property Manager Awards
1st Star for Professionalism: Have attended Professional Development Events such as the RTA or PRET Australia Webinars over the past 12 months.
2nd Star for Service to Landlords: Obtain 3 reference letters from landlords about how good your service is.
3rd Star for Tenant Relations: Obtain 2 reference letters from tenants about how good your service is.
4th Star for Business Development: Show growth of your letting pool in 2023 comparing to 2022.
5th Star for Social Responsibility: Certificates of Appreciation from any not for profit or charity organisations, or donation receipts of at least $500 in 2023 or agree to donate to charities at 2023 PRET Australia Awards Night.

Achieving any four stars will qualify for nomination, attend the Awards Dinner to receive a Four-Stars certificate; achieving Five Stars and attend the Awards Dinner will receive a Five-Stars certificate.
2023 Employee Excellence Awards
Every Gold, Platinum or Diamond Sponsor this year will be invited to nominate one employee including receptionist, admin, assistant or any non-sales staff to be recognised for their contribution to the company's success. The nominated employee will receive a certificate from his/her boss at the Awards Night and acknowledged on the big screen. 
2023 PRET Australia Training Partner of the Year Awards
Companies that referred students to PRET Australia in attendance of the Awards Night will automatically be nominated for this Award, with top 20% referrers receiving a finalists certificate in recognition of your support and commitments in training your team. We will award the following training partners for 2023:
  • 2023 PRET Australia Training Partner of the Year (Mandarin Class) - referred most Mandarin Students in 2023
  • 2023 PRET Australia Training Partner of the Year (English Class) - referred most English Students in 2023​
