Experienced Property and building Manager required 

We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Property Building Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in Property and Building Management. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and will be based at our offices in Waterford West and Macgregor. Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Processing rental applications
• Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Marketing and leasing of properties
• Performing basic complex caretaker duties
• Handling administrative tasks
• Conducting open homes
• Managing relationships with Owners, Tenants, and Contractors
• Overseeing building maintenance matters
• Cultivating strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and conducting entry/exit inspections
• Demonstrating flexibility and actively contributing to the business's growth
