Assistant Property Building Manager

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Assistant Property Building Manager who possesses versatile skills to join our esteemed team specializing in Property & Building Management. The successful candidate will be working at our office based in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.

You’re main duties are, but not limited to:

• Manage matters relating to Owners & Tenants
• Manage matters relating to building maintenance and body corporate affairs
• Cultivating strong relationships with all related parties
• Manage contractors
• Coordinating repair and maintenance tasks
• Overseeing lease renewals, conducting rent reviews, attending to entry and exit inspections
• Demonstrating flexibility in contributing to the growth of our business
• And more

Our requirements & preferences:

• The candidate must have a driver license
• The candidate must have or be studying to attain their QLD Real Estate Certificate / Real Estate License
• The candidate has experience or interest in property management, administration or the hospitality industry
• The candidate has ambition to pursue a career in property & building management
