Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing applications
• Routine inspections and reports
• Liaising with Tenants& Landlord
• Marketing and leasing of properties
• Assisting with Maintenance
• Administration tasks
• Skills & Experience

 
​Min 1 years previous Property Management experience
Console Cloud and IRE experience
Current Certificate of Registration
Current driver license
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Remuneration - Attractive base salary and a bonus scheme.

3. 职位工作需要使用行业专业管理软件 Property Me，与租客，业主，供应商維持良好溝通，邮件电话处理，业主和租客的咨询；
4. 在工作中对团队的其他成员提供协助，比如展示出租房屋给租客，配合 Property Manager 对管理房屋进行 Routine Inspection， 租客退租时进行 Exit Inspection and Report 等；
5. 办公室内的文件管理工作；
6. 有车, 有合格驾驶执照。

工作要求：

1. 做事有条理，认真细心；
2. 有责任感，对团队交给的工作或任务能够以高质量完成；
3. 善于思考，有较强的学习能力；
4. 有一定的承压能力，在任务多，强度大的特殊情况下能保持正常的工作效率；
5. 较强的英文 Email 书写能力和沟通能力；
6. 办公室软件的基础操作技能；
7. 如有会计，物业维修，物业出租管理方面知识或经验更好；
