An experienced building / property manager – NO office hour required
We are looking for an experienced onsite manager to manage our two complexes at Carina & Chermside.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Inspect:
    • Oversee and inspect the daily work of cleaners and gardeners to ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
    • Address any quality issues promptly.
  • Maintenance Coordination:
    • Organize and manage maintenance and repair tasks for shared facilities and common property.
    • Maintain a schedule for routine maintenance to prevent potential issues.
  • Rental Property Management:
    • Manage all aspects of rental properties, including tenant placement, lease agreements, inspections, and rent collection.
    • Market vacant properties and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations.
  • Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for body corporate, committee members, tenants, and property owners.
    • Provide regular updates on property management, maintenance, and tenant matters.
    • Foster positive relationships within the community and address concerns professionally.
 
Candidate Qualities:
  • Strong communication skills: Clear, professional, and effective in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Positive and approachable: Enthusiastic, friendly, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in using computers and various software programs.
  • Organizational skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • PM/BM experience: Prior experience in property management, building management and hands-on experience using Console Cloud preferred.

Experienced Property and building Manager required 

We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Property Building Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in Property and Building Management. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and will be based at our offices in Waterford West and Macgregor.
